Return Policy In the event you require a refund. Please email us your purchase number, reason and inform us of your refund request. Before sending the goods back, please make sure that you have only used ONE Tea Blossom from the order. We request the whole remainder of the shipment for quality check. We will answer your email within 24 hours. You will then be expected to post us the goods via recorded delivery, and have a printed invoice attached to the package. Or send the goods with signature on arrival. On arrival of goods we will refund you the purchase sum. The total procedure taking into account 48 hours postage delivery, the refund process should not take anymore than 7 working days. We would give you the option to either receive a Cheque, Paypal payment or Wire transfer. For cheque and wire transfer please allow 5 extra business days. International refunds require 24 working days. If goods were damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. If you require an exchange for your goods please take into account that we might not have enough stock to provide you with the same variety. |
