Flower in the Snow
Each one of our blossoms is skilfully hand-crafted with freshest flowers and highest quality green tea from the Anhui Province in China.
As the infusion process begins you will see Calyx Canthus flowers rise to form a large tower.
The tea has a pale colour and a mellow aroma with faint floral taste.
Mao Feng green tea grows in Mount Huangshan, which is listed as a World Natural and Cultural Heritage and it is well known for the magnificent views from its peaks. The constantly moist atmosphere gives the green tea a unique quality.
Preparation
Each Blossom can provide an average of 7 cups of tea.
- Place the blossom into a glass jug in order to experience the beauty of the blossoming process.
- Pour boiling water on the blossom.
- Please allow 2-4 minutes for the tea to blossom. (To speed the process up, you can pour water directly onto the blossom.)
- Watch how the combination of flowers and green tea transforms into a spectacular wonder.
- Drink and enjoy the wonderful experience.
