Lover's Kiss
White tea is the speciality of the province of Fujian. Blossoms are made of this particular white tea, which is considered one of the rarest of all Chinese teas and one of the finest on earth.
The infusion process reveals a climax of three Pot Marigold flowers overlapping each other to produce a marvellous view.
The tea has a pale colour and a mellow aroma with faint floral texture.
Preparation
Each Blossom can provide an average of 7 cups of tea.
- Place the blossom into a glass jug in order to experience the beauty of the blossoming process.
- Pour boiling water on the blossom.
- Please allow 2-4 minutes for the tea to blossom. (To speed the process up, you can pour water directly onto the blossom.)
- Watch how the combination of flowers and green tea transforms into a spectacular wonder.
