Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals aspiring to do business with us. Terms and Conditions are both for web users and non web users.
Please read the Privacy Policy before registering to the website or do business with us. By registering to the website or attempting any transactions with us you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy or the Terms and Condition, please do not register to the website. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Information
House of Blossoms will hold private information and we will respect your privacy. We will not distribute any of your information to third parties.
We collect your information so we can process orders. We do not collect any credit card details as all the transactions are done through Paypal or Google Checkout. All the data collected on our site is simply for us to be able to process orders, verify your identity and contact you for marketing purposes.
We will not sell or distribute any of your personal information unless we have your permission. We do not send you spam email.
You have the ability to edit and change any data that you have previously uploaded.
You can unsubscribe to news letter anytime you like.
We are not liable to keep you updated on any changes in policies. It is your responsibility to keep an eye out on any changes made to the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy page.
We do not hold responsibility for any loss of data that may occur. We will follow standard procedures to prevent negligence and protect data so that there would be no inconvenience to our customers. By using House of Blossoms website, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. By registering to our site you are agreeing not to provide us with any false information.

- Limited Liability
We do not accept liability over negligence on our behalf. By registering to the website or do business with us you indicate that you will not hold us liable in the event where you will sustain loses. We will not be held liable for any third party losses.
House of Blossoms and its employees will not be held liable when negligence occurs. We will not be liable for any inconveniences caused by matters outside our control e.g.: Act of Good, Act of Nature, Postal Strikes and any other matter outside our control.
We are not liable over any miss typed or misleading information on the website.
Our data is secure behind network and hosting servers. House of Blossoms will not be held liable over loss of data. We will take measure to protect our data and sustain a virus free website.
House of Blossoms website is linked to other entities. We do not accept liability over the content displayed on their sites and we are not liable for any transactions or services that they provide. We are not responsible for any negligence on their behalf. We only link to them; they have no other purpose on our site.
We have the right to close your account at any point in time without notice. We will do our best to notify you by email if a valid or expired email is provided to us. You will be expected to answer within 24 hours at which point we will have the right to delete your account and deny you another.
By agreeing to this Policy you agree not to hold House of Blossoms liable in any event that will result in you taking legal action against e.g. you will not claim damage costs, losses, legal fees etc against us.
I the event of legal action jurisdiction will be held in English Courts and English Law will apply.
By agreeing to Terms and Conditions, you state that if legal action arose, House of Blossoms acts as a separate entity and none of its employees or any direct or indirect contributor will be held liable.
We are not liable for any problems or losses incurred due to Google Check Out or Paypal.
We do not take liability of misrepresentative prints; this could be the fault of malfunctioning printers. We will do our best to prevent and rectify any occurring problems.
- Refund
In the event you require a refund. Please email us your purchase number, reason and inform us of your refund request.
Before sending the goods back, please make sure that you have only used ONE Tea Blossom from the order. We request the whole remainder of the shipment for quality check. We will answer your email within 24 hours. You will then be expected to post us the goods via recorded delivery, and have a printed invoice attached to the package. Or send the goods with signature on arrival. On arrival of goods we will refund you the purchase sum. The total procedure taking into account 48 hours postage delivery, the refund process should not take anymore than 7 working days. We would give you the option to either receive a Cheque, Paypal payment or Wire transfer. For cheque and wire transfer please allow 5 extra business days. International refunds require 24 working days.
If goods were damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days.
If you require an exchange for your goods please take into account that we might not have enough stock to provide you with the same variety.
- Postage and Shipping
We do not liability over any lost postage or inconveniences. We do not take liability for matters outside our control such as Postal Strikes. We will do our best to improve the service and solve or provide alternatives when problems occur. We do not hold liability over undelivered goods. We will post all the goods through options offered. We advise customers to use signature service which is at 70p to UK household and £3.50 to all other countries. This is recommended to reassure a smooth delivery.
- Payment Transactions
We do not take liability for transaction problems. Payment problems should be taken up with Paypal or Google Checkout, depending on which service you used. But by no means hesitate to inform us of your problem. We will try our best to resolve it.
- Images
Images on our site represent the individual products used for that shot. They are also a medium to show you the general product that you are purchasing. We do not take liability for product that does not match the images. We will however do our best to show you a qualitative interpretation of the product you are buying. Please take into account that all teas are dried so you can expect to find dark green or brown coloured tea. This is sometimes mixes of Black Tea that has been fermented. Very small amounts if there was to be any. This is in no case indicating bad quality. This shows that a successful drying process has occurred.
The product you will receive could be in better condition than that in the picture or worse.
- Vouchers and Special Offers
Any vouchers, Promotional Offers or Discounts will be subjected to separate Terms and Conditions. We have the right to cancel, deny and withdraw any Vouchers, Special Offer, General Promotions or Discounts.
- Wholesale
For any wholesale orders that are not in stock, please contact us immediately. Some large orders require 30 days notice so they can be placed. Within this time we will obtain the goods and do our best for the goods to be delivered. We ask for 30% advance payment and 70% on arrival.
- Recycling
The Blossoms are made of Green Tea and different assortments of flowers.
